We operate a modern assembly facility covering 3,000 square meters, with a lifting capacity of up to 90 tons and the ability to cast single components weighing up to 60 tons.
Casting equipment includes one 25-ton, one 15-ton, and one 10-ton medium-frequency furnace, two 5-ton medium-frequency furnaces, a resin sand production line, a spectrometer, a shot blasting machine, and other auxiliary equipment, with an annual casting capacity of over 20,000 tons.
Machining equipment includes more than 20 sets of advanced machines, such as Φ200 CNC floor-type boring and milling machines, Φ160 CNC floor-type boring and milling machines, Φ130 floor-type boring and milling machines, 3×8 m gantry milling machines, 2.5×6 m CNC gantry machining centers, 4 m vertical lathes, and 80 mm radial drilling machines.
Metal structural component equipment includes a 4×16 m CNC cutting machine, presses, and other auxiliary equipment.
